Organize Projects with Folders
Tired of the clutter? Create folders and organize your portfolio with ease. Even share folders of work with collaborators.
Create a Folder
You can create folders in the main portfolio and inside existing folders.
- Open the Portfolio
- Select New Folder from the bottom menu options
- Name the folder
- Press Enter
Add Projects to Folders
This behavior works for projects and other folders.
- Click and hold the desired project
- Drag the project and hover it over the desired folder
- Release the project to drop it into the folder
Remove Projects from Folders
This behavior also works for projects and subfolders (folders within folders).
- Click and hold the desired project
- Drag the project and hover it over the desired location listed at the top of the portfolio
- My Portfolio
- [Parent] folder
- Release the project to drop it into the location
Share a Folder
- Right-click on the desired folder
- Select Invite
- Select the + to the right of Collaborators or Shareable link
- As needed, edit the permissions for each of the projects in the folder
- Add the collaborator(s) email(s) or click to copy the shareable link
- Select Send Invites
Export a Folder
You can export the entire portfolio or a specific folder. The folder will export as a .zip file. All projects will be WriterDuet file format (.wdz).
- Open the Portfolio
- As needed, open the desired folder
- Select Export Folder from the bottom menu options
